DO I NEED TO GET INTO SHAPE BEFORE STARTING?
- Absolutely not! I have clients who are in excellent shape and clients who have never made exercise a part of their lives. You will be assessed personally before you start, and you will be pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All I want is for you to give me your 100% effort everyday and bring a positive attitude.
WHAT IS AN ASSESSMENT?
- A Before Picture will be taken, please come ready to take it
- Your test include: BMI, Body Fat %, Muscle %, Visceral Fat, Resting Metabolism, Body Age.
- Your Fitness Test include: 1min push ups, 1 min sit ups, plank, walk/run distance
- I will interview you and discuss what benefits you are seeking to gain, and from there we will create a personalized portfolio for you. My program caters to ALL women... whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, shed many pounds, gain cardio, get toned, improve your energy level, improve health, or just have fun - I can help you.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION CONSIST OF?
- It is difficult to say what a typical session looks like because it changes constantly to prevent you from hitting a plateau and to alleviate boredom. However, you can expect light running, strength training, relay races, obstacle courses, circuit training, core training, boxing, rope jumping, stair or hill climbing, military fitness drills, plyometrics drills, and more.
HOW LONG IS A CAMP SESSION?
- Sessions run monthly, you have the option of signing up for 2 days, 3 days or 5 days a week. Each session lasts 50 to 60 minutes. You are responsible to attend all the sessions you pay for so that you can receive the maximum results.
- I am flexible, you can attend morning or evening classes.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
- You are responsible to bring an exercise mat, bottle of water and a towel. Also, the proper workout attire: T-shirt/sweat shirt, shorts/workout pants, and running/crosstraining shoes, etc.
HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
- It all depends on how much effort you put into the class and outside of it. If you commit to class with 100% effort, you may see visible results, increased energy, and noticeable strength in less than 3-6 weeks.
WILL I BE SORE?
- It is normal to feel some soreness during the first week of camp. However, your body will adjust and you will only feel slight to moderate soreness after a week of camp. It's all part of the process of improving your physical condition!
I AM VERY INTERESTED. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR CLASS?
- Email me or call me letting me know that you are interested or you can stop by any of the class times offered.
- The emphasis is on you meeting me before you sign up to make sure that you are comfortable with me and my methods.
- Unlike other bootcamps where you sign up and end up realizing that you can't stand the trainer and lost money because you know it will not work for you. I give you the opportunity to see why my clients reach their goals and change their lives forever. It's all the about the process, learning and improving, lifestyle change.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A CLASS?
- I understand that things may come up that forced you to cancel. In that case you are welcome to come at a different time of the day. Just let me know what times are you looking at.
- You are can make up up to 2 classes. Any other missed classes are forfeited. This is to keep you consistent with the program. I want you to achieve the maximum benefits this class has to offer.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
- Camp will go on rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions class will be canceled and a make-up session will be scheduled.
HOW DO I PAY?
- Payments are done in form or cash or check written to Francisco Gomez, or The FIT Potato and brought to camp
