Attention: All bootcamp participants have the flexibility to come mornings, evenings or both to make up missed days. Just let your coach know, Thank You.

Training Schedule Set up:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Running, Bike, Boxing and other Cardio exercises plus core

Tuesday: Upper Body Day: Arms, Back, Chest, Core -We use bands, dumbbells,  Medicine balls, machines

Thursday - Lower Body Day: Glutes, hips, calves, core - We use bands, dumbbells,  Medicine balls, machines

Saturday-Combination

* Exercises are done by time not by number of reps to accommodate beginners and advance participants.

Morning Classes:

Monday - Friday
5:30 - 6:30am Dublin High School Weight Room/Track  - OPEN TO EVERYONE

9:30 - 10:30am, Monday - Thursday at Kolb Park, Dublin, CA - Enrollment is full

Evening Classes:

Monday - Friday
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Dublin High School Weight Room/Track - Dublin Unified School Staff only

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Dublin High School Weight Room/Track -OPEN TO EVERYONE

Weekend Classes:

Saturday
8:00am - 9:00am Dublin High School Weight Room/Track -OPEN TO EVERYONE
